SBD Concrete was founded in 2008 by Santiago Barron, a builder with more than thirty years of experience in the concrete industry. What began as a small residential subcontractor has grown into one of Colorado’s most dependable construction partners for large multifamily and commercial projects. From the very beginning, Santiago surrounded himself with a group of dedicated foramen, many of whom have been with the company for more than fifteen years; ensuring every project is led with unmatched experience, consistency, and trusted oversight.

Family remains the cornerstone of SBD Concrete. Today, the company is carried forward by the family unit, together with his children, sister, brother, wife, cousins, aunts, and in-laws. This family foundation shapes a culture grounded in humility, hard work, and selflessness. Many of our team members have grown within the company for decades, and this stability is reflected in the way we build.
